3" stainless steel downpipe pair for the B5 Audi S4 and C5 Audi A6/Allroads equipped with the powerful 2.7t twin turbo V6. Most downpipes on the market are not even 3" in diameter, most only 2.5". Thick 1/2" CNC stainless steel turbo flange for warp free sealing. We've spend considerable time engineering a swaged transition from the diamond shaped turbo flange opening for smooth, restriction free flow out of the turbo. No steps, no rough transitions, perfectly smooth. These are the finest 3" downpipes available on the market for the money. The swage piece fits perfectly in the CNC turbo outlet flange into a precision machined step. After final welding, the flange is ported to ensure a perfectly smooth turbo outlet. Downpipes TIG welded and back purged.

OEM location support brackets to be used for OEM downpipe mounting brackets, and OEM location O2 sensor bungs. Take note, we recommend our O2 spacer bungs for the rear O2 sensors to prevent cat efficiency codes.
Midpipes are available as an option with or without high-flow cats. Please Note:You must order midpipes to add cats to this system
Please specify whether you have a B5 chassis or C5 chassis car, and whether you have a 6-speed manual or Tiptronic transmission, as this will determine midpipe fitment.
Downpipes are also available for vehicles with RS6 turbos. Please specify which turbochargers you are using below.
We recommend using longer turbo outlet studs when using our downpipes with the factory K03 turbochargers. Longer studs are available with the optional hardware kit below.

NOTE 1: For Allroad owners; these downpipes only fit 2002 and earlier models with the early style K03 turbo , late Allroads and A6 use a different K03 turbo with a turned down turbine housing, 034 downpipes will not fit these! Also downpipes made for the C5 chassis do not have rear O2 bungs welded in, we supply the bungs but they will need to be welded in by the installer in the correct position, we do this due to varying factors on these chassis that prevent us from putting them in a known spot to fit.
NOTE 2: Due to the fact that these downpipes are huge and many B5 S4s are heavily modified with different combinations of trans and motor mounts, subframe mounts and age on some parts some clearancing may be required. So far here at 034 we have not had any issues with installs we have performed.
