The new Wagner Tuning Audi S4 RS4 Evolution Exhaust Manifolds are a high performance redesign of the original factory manifolds. The original OEM log design reduces the exhaust gas flow path to a power robbing diameter. Engineers have removed the OEM bottlenecks by using a 3 into 1 merged collector design allowing an unrestricted path from the engine to the turbochargers.This results in increased throttle response, quicker turbo spool-up and higher top end power capabilities.
These manifolds are constructed using lost wax investment casting, with this method very fine detail are achieved. The casting material (DIN 1.4848) is the same as used in the production of the VAG TFSI manifolds and turbocharger exhaust housings.
All flanges are in the same position as the S/RS4 series manifolds, ie it is a 1:1 exchange. They are delivered with a high quality heat insulating ceramic coating.
Each manifold is a performance work of art - OEM+ fit and finish for easy installation.

These manifolds fit all OEM 2.7T Turbos including K03 and K04. They do not fit with larger Tial 605 and 770 turbos. Higher clearance units will be available soon.
