Finally, a clean dual fuel pump mounting kit with proper surge tank to ensure starvation is never an issue!
Kit includes:
- Dual fuel pump mounting rail for fuel pump outlet, featuers -10AN outlet, CNC billet aluminum machined. Includes Q2 M12 cap nuts to be used with the 044 check valve, can also be supplied with banjo bolts if check valves are not used.
- Dual fuel pump surge tank, features dual 18MM bungs to thread 044 pumps right onto the can, .5 liters of capacity to ensure fuel pumps will never be starved. Tank features billet aluminum end caps with Q1 1/8" NPT (at top) and 1/4" NPT (at bottom) on each side for versitile fuel routing solutions.
1/8" NPT top fittings are designed to route fuel return from regulator into one side, and to the gas tank vent on the other side, this ensures the tank is always filling and that no air bubbles will form in the top of the tank.
Lower fittings are designed for feeding from the tank, etiher gravity feed or in tank fuel pump feed, one outlet can be plugged if not needed.
Fuel pumps not included with above price, but can be, see option below. When used with Q2 044 pumps, we rate this for over 1600HP in turbocharged applications up to 8BAR, approx 2000+ in NA applications with 3-4 bar fuel pressure.
