Introducing the 034Motorsport long tube header for the longitudinal Audi and VW 1.8t.
Features:
-Low merge angle collector with choice of T3, T4, K26 or T25/T28 inlet flange. Choice of Tial wastegate flange, or no wastegate at all. Includes studs where required, hardware and gaskets available.
-All 304 stainless steel construction including flanges, back purged welds and full penetration, multi-pass welds. Many headers on the market use single pass, partial penetration welds that often result in cracking.
-All flanges CNC machined and sanded flat after welding.
-1.5" ID tubing with heavy wall thickness to prevent cracking, we offer a 1-year repair warranty.
Headers can be customized or tailored to each project, we build each manifold to order, current lead time is 2-3 weeks. A full line on install accessories and downpipe options are to follow, so stay tuned.
