A wolf in sheep's clothing.  While identical to the GT28RS in its base configuration, the GT2871R features a larger compressor wheel capable of packing a 400hp wollup.  Choose from an array of available compressor and turbine housings to suit this fast spooling, ultra reliable, high flow Garrett ball bearing turbo to any application.  Expect full boost by 3800rpm on a 1.8T or around 3000 on a 2.2.

 

Comes with a T25-style inlet housing and preassembled wastegate w/ actuator if T25 5-bolt turbine housing are choosen.  T04E inlet housing also available, but note that orders with this housing will have to purchase an internal wastegate actuator separately.
