The 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger 179mm Crank Pulley Upgrade for the B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 & C7 Audi A6/A7 is an easy way to increase supercharger rotational speed to provide more boost to your engine. This kit works with both the OEM supercharger pulley and the 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade. NOTE: Performance software is sold separately and is required in order to use this pulley safely and for this pulley to yield a performance benefit. When installing your 034Motorsport Crank Pulley, the Front Main Seal is a great upgrade to do while you're in there! The Front Main Seal is located directly behind the crank pulley and is quick and easy to replace when upgrading your Crank Pulley!Consider Adding on the 034Motorsport Front Main Seal!
034Motorsport’s Billet Aluminum Front Main Seal is designed to replace the failure-prone stamped steel factory front main wiper seal on your 3.0T Audi. This Billet Front Main Seal is CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum and features an OEM Viton Elring seal with an integral tension spring to ensure a tight seal to the crankshaft. The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Front Main Seal is significantly less prone to failure due to serpentine belt failure than the OE front main seal, which can easily ingest belts that have been shredded.
The 034Motorsport Billet Aluminum Front Main Seal has been tested and proven to last under high heat and intense abuse and is an excellent upgrade for replacing your leaking front main seal. It is also an outstanding preventative maintenance modification that can save you from future headaches of oil leaks, stained driveways, and reduced performance that a leaky OEM front main seal brings with it.

This kit works with both the OEM supercharger pulley and the 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade.
The 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger 179mm Crank Pulley Upgrade is machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, and black anodized for an attractive finish resistant to corrosion. This design is 64% lighter than the OE pulley, significantly reducing rotational weight and parasitic loss. This is a single piece inner and outer pulley, not a pulley "overlay", which adds rotational weight.
When used as the only pulley upgrade, this kit is an easy upgrade that can be used with the Dynamic+ B8/B8.5 3.0 TFSI Performance Software Stage 2 tune. When used in conjunction with the 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade, the Dynamic+ B8/B8.5 3.0 TFSI Performance Software Stage 2+ tune is recommended.
