034Motorsport Street Density Motor Mounts are the new standard in comfort and performance. These mounts are redesigned with performance in mind and manufactured from high-durometer rubber for increased performance and durability without sacrificing comfort. Street Density Motor Mounts are optimized void-free and fluid-free, eliminating the slop and the possibility of leakage and collapse associated with the factory mounts.

Street Density Motor Mounts are manufactured from high-durometer rubber instead of polyurethane for a number of reasons. While vulcanized rubber mounts are more expensive to prototype due to the complexity of manufacturing and high initial tooling costs, rubber is inherently better than polyurethane as a damping medium for mounts and bushings. Rubber is able to deal with stress under both tension and compression, while polyurethane mounts rely on the damping medium to be effective only under compression. Rubber is also excellent in shear, where polyurethane is ineffective, making it ideal for applications that apply a shear force to the bushing during articulation. Rubber does not pack and wear like polyurethane does, which ultimately results in a long-lasting part with consistent performance and comfort.

034Motorsport Stage 3 Performance Software for the EA839 3.0T equipped with the Pure750 Hybrid Turbocharger (running pump gas or ethanol) is engineered to safely increase the horsepower and torque beyond the stock turbocharger. Significant time was spent refining and safely optimizing the Pure750 Turbocharger calibration to ensure unrivaled drivability and uncompromised reliability. While many tuners can achieve great power figures that look impressive on a dyno sheet or a webpage, the key to a truly substantive and transformative software upgrade lies in the strategies employed to make power efficiently and safely.

In addition to power improvements, 034Motorsport's engineers spent a significant amount of time refining the throttle mapping in both Dynamic and Comfort modes to provide improved throttle response and allow for more precise throttle modulation with the addition of a hybrid turbocharger.

Upgraded Injector Optimization: Dynamic+ Stage 3 Software for the Pure750 Turbocharger is optimized for use with upgraded OEM Audi 2.9TT/4.0TT Direct Fuel Injectors (p/n: 06M906036AQ). The OEM Audi 2.9TT/4.0TT Direct Fuel Injectors are a required hardware upgrade for Stage 3 Dynamic+ Tuning for the Pure750 Turbocharger that allows you to maximize your power output safely.

The 034Motorsport Stage 3 E60-E70 file is recommended to have an ethanol content of E60-E70. This file is designated for use when seeking the highest power output possible. This ethanol content allows your Audi to safely generate maximum power from the Pure750 turbocharger by maximizing the octane level and knock-reduction efficiency of ethanol, without overloading the fuel system with extra fuel capacity that the current fuel system cannot sustain.

The Stage 3 E85 Pump file is recommended to have an ethanol content of E50-E85 and is designed to provide the most power possible with higher ethanol contents. This file is suited for those looking to daily drive their vehicle and run E85 from the pump safely without the hassles of mixing.

Note: The OEM Audi 2.9TT/4.0TT Direct Fuel Injectors are to only be used with TTE810 or Pure750 Turbocharger Calibrations and cannot be used on any other 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Tuning calibration.

The 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Braking Package is the new standard for braking performance upgrades on your C7/C7.5 Audi S6/S7. While reducing weight, 034Motorsport 2-Piece Floating Rotors retain proper thermal mass in the rings to adequately capture heat generated during braking events, while 72 directionally curved vanes force cool air through the rotors to efficiently dissipate heat. The Dynamic+ Braking Package includes 034Motorsport 2-Piece Floating Front & Rear Brake Rotors and the Stainless Steel Braided Line Kit.

Unlike the stock rubber brake hoses, the included Stainless Steel Braided Line Kit will not bulge or expand with brake pressure, resulting in an improved pedal feel and more consistent braking performance.

The central hat portion of the 034Motorsport rotor is made of 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is constructed out of a proprietary metal alloy that can withstand immense braking temperatures while holding form allowing hard street use and long days at the track allowing you to drive versus working on the car. From the factory, the same rotor is used on both sides of the S6/S7, leading to one side having incorrect venting and cooling effects. The 034Motorsport 2-Piece Floating Brake Rotor Upgrade Kit utilizes 72 directionally curved vanes properly oriented for each side of the vehicle to forcefully flow cool air through both rotors to dissipate heat equally.

The face of the rotor utilizes J-Slot slots to clean the pad and surface of contaminants and allows hot pad outgassing, all while reducing overall braking noise compared to a traditional slotted rotor. The rotor and hat have a floating mount system that utilizes high strength alloy steel bobbins. The pins take the load from braking events while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc, allowing for safe expansion and contraction from heat. The factory rear rotors of the Audi C7/C7.5 S6/S7 do not fully use the rotor area available and leave uncontacted portions on the top and bottom of the rotor face. The swept pad area of the rotor is left with 3mm of extra material outside the pad. The 034Motorsport rotor ring design removes the areas of the rotor that are not contacted by the pads, further improving overall efficiency and reducing unnecessary unsprung weight. The result is an overall reduction of rotor diameter from 356mm to 350mm with no loss of braking force, a lighter-weight rotor with improved cooling over OEM.

The 034Motorsport 355x22mm 2-Piece Floating Rear Brake Rotor Upgrade for MK8 Golf R & Audi 8Y S3 is a complete replacement brake rotor and caliper carrier kit, designed to work flawlessly with the factory rear calipers. Upgrading your rotors will increase overall braking performance in street, track, and HDPE driving conditions, as they keep your brakes cool and strong all day long!

Weighing in at approximately 13.5lbs, each rotor reduces rotational weight by 1.5lb on each corner over the factory 15.0lb rotors, and increases rotor diameter from 310mm to 355mm! This increases stopping power and reduces rotational weight! While reducing weight, the rotor retains proper thermal mass in the rings to adequately capture, and dissipate heat.

These end links allow for uncompromised transfer of suspension movement to the sway bar, and are adjustable in length, allowing you to eliminate preload on the sway bar. 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Billet Adjustable Sway Bar End Links use high-misalignment ball joints, ensuring that the end links do not bind as the suspension articulates.

In addition, adjustable sway bar end links allow you to adjust preload on the sway bar, as well as alleviate potential sway bar clearance issues caused by lowering your car.

WHAT IS SWAY BAR PRELOAD?:

When a sway bar is preloaded, it means that it is already twisted when the car is at rest, and it’s trying to roll the car to one side because of this. This will lead to asymmetric behavior and the car will favor tuning one way versus the other.

Preload is detectable when the car is at ride height on a flat surface, and removal of an end link is difficult because the sway bar is already twisted and applying force on the bolt, or installing the end link is difficult because the bar needs to be twisted to insert the bolt through the hole in the sway bar. With equal-length non-adjustable sway bar end links, removing preload is not possible.

By utilizing our 034Motorsport adjustable end links, the lengths of each end link can be adjusted so that the end link can be easily installed at ride height without needing to twist the bar to get it to fit.
