The 034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade is designed to conveniently replace the factory high pressure fuel pump found in the 2.0T EA888 Gen 3 engine found in the MK7/7.5 Volkswagen GTI/GLI/R, 8V/8V.5 Audi A3/S3, and 8S Audi TT/TTS.
By replacing the factory high pressure fuel pump with the 034Motorsport High Pressure Fuel Pump Upgrade, the factory fueling limits are raised by up to 38.6% in 1.8T or 2.0T EA888.3 engines. This increased flow allows the fuel system to meet the higher demands for ethanol, race gas, more pump gas, and pairs perfectly with all Dynamic+ ECU software that requires an upgraded High Pressure Fuel Pump!
A market first, the 034Motorsport Upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pump is a new drop-in, high-flow TFSI HPFP manufactured and assembled entirely by an OEM fuel pump manufacturer. Unlike our competitors that take assembled OEM units, tear them down and rebuild them with different, mismatched internals in their shops, 034Motorsport's Upgraded High-Pressure Fuel Pump is meticulously designed, manufactured, machined, and assembled in one location, ensuring that each component is perfectly prepped for synchronous use. The 034Motorsport High Output Ignition Coils offer a 10% increase in energy output which is perfect for those looking to maximize output from their stock or modified cars. With integrated CNC-machined heat sinks, any excess heat can be transferred from the ignition coil, further improving the performance of the coils. Crucially, 034Motorsport High Output Ignition Coils are available in red or yellow to show everyone at the local car meet that you value performance in the streets, the sheets, and the track!
For 6 Cylinder applications like the B9/B9.5 EA839 3.0T and 2.9TT engines, the factory engine harness sits atop the factory ignition coils, reducing airflow across the coils. With the selection of our Pack of 6, we include Billet Aluminum harness bracket spacers to raise the harness off of the ignition coils without adding strain to the wiring harness, allowing for proper space between the wiring harness and the heat sinks.

Launch Control Optimizations:
From the factory, the DQ381 G2 launch control strategies used are very neutered and designed for a vehicle on a non-optimal surface with low-grip tires. 034Motorsport Engineers have optimized the launch by raising the factory torque limit to take advantage of a better surface and a grippier tire. This ensures that your GTI will 60ft much more effectively and efficiently!
Additionally, significant work was put into refining how AMAX shifts are applied during Launch Control, ensuring that each shift maximizes potential acceleration without inducing wheelspin.

034Motorsport's Billet Aluminum Engine Catch Can Kit is the most comprehensive and effective PCV System solution for the Audi 8S TTRS & 8V.5 RS3. The 034Motorsport Billet Catch Can Kit collects oil from the factory PCV system and replaces the PCV outlet to the turbo inlet. The Billet Aluminum Catch Can provides optimal crankcase ventilation while keeping oil and water vapor out of the intake track.
The body of the catch can is CNC milled from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and black anodized for a durable and stealthy finish. External mounting brackets are powder coated to prevent corrosion and enhance appearance. Finally, all mounting points for the Engine Catch Can are stock mounting points, which makes for an easy installation with no drilling or cutting necessary. For added convenience, there is an integrated dipstick allowing for a quick and easy way of checking levels.
The Billet Catch Can Kit also integrates a built-in drain system that drains all oil collected back into the turbo oil return line and the engine block. The oil collected in the catch can is perfectly safe to be drained back into the engine, allowing for service-free use!

Looking to turn it up a notch? The Stage 2 Handling Package adds the 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Sway Bar Kit, Billet Front Strut Brace, Street Density Transmission Mount, and Billet Transmission Insert into the mix. The 034Motorsport 400x38mm 2-Piece Floating Front Brake Rotor Upgrade Kit for the Audi C7 S6/S7 is a complete replacement brake rotor kit, designed to work flawlessly with the factory front calipers found on the Audi C7 S6/S7.
Weighing in at approximately 32.4lbs, our lightweight design retains proper thermal mass in the rings to adequately capture heat, while utilizing 72 directionally curved vanes to forcefully flow cool air through the rotor to dissipate heat.
The central hat portion of the 034Motorsport rotor is made of 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum.
